JAKES - The National Wild Turkey Federation's JAKES (Juniors Acquiring Knowledge, Ethics, and Sportsmanship) program is dedicated to informing, educating and involving America's youth in wildlife conservation and the wise stewardship of our natural resources. Annual JAKES membership are just $10. JAKES (ages 12 and under) or Xtreme JAKES (ages 13-17) program.
MA NWTF local chapters frequently hold Youth Field Day events across the state throughout the Summer and Fall months. Activities include fishing, black powder demonstrations, hunting safety instruction, proper gun handling, turkey calling, and other fun activities.
